Dear Patients,
To all my patients that I had the privilege of caring for during my nearly 40 years of practice, I am announcing my retirement from active practice at the Clinics of North Texas, effective April 29, 2024. It has been an honor and a privilege to be your physician.
I will transfer your care to Dr. Steven Godfrey or Dr. Ebunoluwa Babalola, for your convenience, all previously scheduled appointments have been transferred to one of them, you will receive a call from our office soon.
Should you decide to transfer care to a physician outside the Clinics of North Texas, you may obtain a copy of your medical record by signing a written authorization form. An authorization form may be obtained from our Medical Records department at 501 Midwestern Parkway E.
I will truly miss the relationship we have built over the years. I welcome anyone who wishes to come by and say goodbye. I will have a large void to fill but I look forward to this challenge. Thank you for trusting your care to me, it was an honor. I hope to see you around town.
