ABMS-Board Certified in Ophthalmology.
November 11, 2020
Due to ongoing health issues, I have decided to retire from the practice of medicine as of December 31, 2020.
My 33 years at the Clinics of North Texas have been very rewarding. It has been an honor to address the eye care needs of you and your family. I will miss everyone but believe this is the best decision for me and my family.
Jenny Kisner, Doctor of Optometry, stepped in when I had to leave in August. I have worked with Dr. Kisner in the past when she was a partner at the Clinic and wholeheartedly recommend her. Dr. Kisner has great credentials. She is an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist and also provides comprehensive eye care. She sees diabetic patients and does cataract evaluations and post-operative care. She also is a contact lens specialist. I think you will find her extremely upbeat, experienced, and very competent. I believe I am leaving you in good hands and wish you only the best in the future.
Your medical record will be maintained here at the Clinics of North Texas. Should you decide to transfer care to a physician outside the Clinics of North Texas, you may obtain a copy of your medical record by signing a written authorization form. An authorization form may be obtained from our Medical Records department at 501 Midwestern Parkway East. Copying charges may apply.
