Part-time performing other clinical duties – possible float

Full-time position,  Mon – Fri, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm & Occasional evenings & weekends

Responsibilities:  Nursing duties as needed and assistant to the Director of Nursing

Current Texas State LVN License

  • Basic computer skills
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Work in a manner that facilitates excellent customer service, teamwork
  • Proficient in medical terminology
  • Ability to conduct training sessions on electronic health records for employees on computer software
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Communicate verbally and written in a clear, understandable and legible manner
  • Deal tactfully and confidentially with physicians, personnel and the public
  • Must be able to adapt and function in changing environment
  • Must be flexible and have the ability to multi-task
  • Maintain a friendly, positive and professional working environment

Full-Time, Mon – Friday. 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

  • Prefer one year experience as a Medical Assistant or LVN
  • Must have current CPR certification or must obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Computer proficiency and ability to accurately record information are required
  • Proficient in medical terminology
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Exceptional customer service skills, must be able to work in a team environment to assure quality results
  • EHR Experience preferred

Full Time, Mon-Fri, 8:30 an -5:30 pm (rotating weekends and evenings until 7:00 pm)

Shift differential for nights and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Cover multiple areas of the clinical laboratory: Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Serology
  • Perform quality control, calibrations and patient testing
  • Perform phlebotomy during weekend and evening coverage
  • Work independently during weekends and evenings
  • Attend quarterly evening meetings

Requirements:

  • MLT:  A.S. degree (or military training) plus hold a national registry
  • MT:   B.S.  Degree plus hold a national registry
  • Minimum 1 year experience preferred, but not required
  • Computer skills required
  • Phlebotomy skills required

 

 

 

 

 

Non Licensed or Non Certified Clinical Positions

Full-Time, Monday – Sunday, 8:00 am – 7:00 pm

40 hour week, this positions may work at times in our walk in Clinic Care Center

  • Previous cashier experience
  • Good computer skills & knowledge
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Must be able to answer multi-line phones
  • Experience with the following office equipment: Copier, printer, fax machine
  • Must be able to register & schedule patients
  • Previous medical office experience a plus
  • Responsibilities: Register patients, Collect & post payments daily, Audit tickets, and Work closely with patients on a
    professional level
  • Be able to handle confidential information and have a high degree of flexibility
  • Possess strong organizational and communication skills with all levels of the organization
  • Possess intermediate skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
