Midwestern State University, a fully accredited institution, provides a wide range of programs. Other nearby institutions, including the University of North Texas and Wayland Baptist University, offer flexible class schedules and diverse degree programs.
Wichita Falls Independent School District (WFISD) provides career centers, accelerated learning programs, and technology labs. High school students can earn up to 36 hours of college credit, and WFISD's Magnet programs allow students to customize their learning in areas such as math, science, technology, global communications, visual and performing arts, foreign language, biology, and engineering.
