Obstetrics Exercise
Exercise is recommended and safe for most pregnant women, but before you start you should talk with your health care provider. Exercise is beneficial and can help you feel better, have less back pain, constipation, and tiredness. It can help you sleep better and improve your mood. Exercise can decrease your chances of getting gestational diabetes, high blood pressure, and having postpartum depression. Your body will be better prepared for labor and can shorten labor.
