The Clinics of North Texas (CNT) offers a competitive compensation package that is commensurate with the MGMA physician compensation survey for starting physicians and then negotiable based on qualifications and history. Our compensation includes 401K, malpractice, moving allowance, vacation, CME, 12-18 months partnership track, health, dental, and wellness program.
Partnership
Partnership is available to a physician after the cost of employment has been recovered. Partnership offers the advantages of increased income, voting rights in making business decisions, and property ownership.
