Dear Patients:

It is with mixed emotions and sadness that I am announcing my departure from my Obstetrics and Gynecology practice at Clinics of North Texas, effective September 30, 2026. It has been an honor and a great pleasure getting to know you and your families and providing for your health care needs.

If you have any appointments scheduled with me at the clinic after September 30, 2026, those appointments have been cancelled. It is possible that due to the timing of this notice, you may have received a reminder for those appointments; however, regardless of that reminder, any appointments have been cancelled.

You may contact the Wichita County Medical Society (940-723-7072) for the names of physicians who are accepting new patients.

If you choose to select another physician at the Clinics of North Texas, you can call (940) 766-8888 to obtain the names of doctors who are accepting new patients.  Your medical record will be maintained at the Clinics of North Texas. Should you decide to transfer care to a physician outside the Clinics of North Texas you may obtain a copy of your medical record by signing a written authorization form.  An authorization form may be obtained from our Medical Records department which is located in the basement at 501 Midwestern Parkway E or located on our website under the patients and visitors tab, titled Authorization for Release of Information Form.
